Lou Weber
Atlantic Central District Cultivator
Lou Weber serves as Cultivator of the Atlantic Central District Fresh Expressions team under the leadership of District Superintendent Dionne Hammond. Lou is currently appointed to First United Methodist Church of Melbourne as the Executive Pastor, leading discipleship, group ministries, finance, and Fresh Expressions of Church. Post-Pandemic with a team of volunteers, they have been able to relaunch their Dinner Church supporting the area’s largest Narcotics Anonymous meeting. In the coming months, they are looking forward to relaunching and starting new Dinner Churches in the community.
Lou is currently completing his Master of Divinity at United Theological Seminary as well as a Fellowship with Luther Seminary through the Seeds Project. He has earned a Master of Business Administration with a specialized focus in Marketing from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He and his beautiful wife Melissa have two children, Louie and Ruby-Cate.
He is currently working with a team of Pastors and Lay people to develop strategies and resources to empower the Atlantic Central District to reach their goal of planting new Fresh Expressions of Church in their contexts.
